Foundation Cows Fullblood Cow Families
LL Daffodil 574 EDGE Endeavor 202M This gal was purchased in 2006 from Lamborn Limousin to show in the Fullblood Shows. I believe she brings the look, muscle, bone, and soundness the fullbloods need to be competitive in the show ring. She will be bred in January, and I look forward to seeing her calf. The Endeavor calves continue to impress me, and I have two of them. Purebred Cow Families
BR Princess 11/15/2004 I thought the Luvly would always be the "purebred" cow I built my herd around, but now there is serious competition! I purchased her as a calf after a successful showing at the 2005 nationals by Brandon Douglas. She continued to impress by being Res. Division at the East Central Limousin Association Junior show and 3rd Overall Heifer at the Creek County Spring Livestock Show. In March of 2006 we found out what we thought was devastating news, she was somehow bred and would calve at 17 months of age. A task that would have possibly killed most cows, proved how "impressive" this cow is. On May 3, 2006 I went out to feed and found a 80 pound heifer calf at her side, unassisted! She lost very little weight, and more importantly, did better in the ring than before! She was Division Champion at the Stillwater Preview Show and OLBA Field Days then was 3rd in a competitive class at Nationals. At the same time, she bred back 60 days, that is not a mistake, to LESF Asphalt. In October she was named Division IV Champion at the Tulsa State Fair. Her heifer calf weighed in at 400 pound at only 135 days of age! Not bad for a 17 month old cow. I believe Luvly now has some competition!
